제목 Thickness-dependent Phase Transition Behavior of Asymmetric Block Copolymer Thin Films on Preferential Substrate
초록 Block copolymers (BCPs) which are composed of chemically different polymer covalently, have been attracted attention due to well defined periodical structure in tens of nanometer from self-assembly property. Understanding of phase transition behavior is important to design demanded structures such as long-range-ordered lamellae, cylinder and other complicated morphologies. In this study, we investigated the phase transition behavior of an asymmetric BCP films on preferential substrate depending on film thickness, then this transition behavior of an asymmetric BCP films on preferential substrate depending on film thickness, then this transition behavior of thin film was compared with bulk system. The morphology of film was investigated by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM). And, Grazing Incidence Small-Angle X-ray Scattering (GISAXS) experiment was conducted for elaborate evaluation.
