When Hyaluronic acid synthesized through streptococcus zooepidemicus is refined, the product molecular weight is low andcauses hemolysis phenomenon. High molecular weight HA is synthesize with bacterial mutant because hyaluronidase can degrades HA so it make low molecular weight HA and if bacterial mutant were use hemolysis is not occur. That why high molecular weight HA. This research is aimed to acquiring strain able to synthesize HA harmless though using to humans by not creating hyaluronidase and hymolysin. |
