In vitro study of ErbB2 antibody conjugated LMWSC-PX-PEG for anticancer activity in Breast Cancer cell line |
| 초록 |
We used target moiety of ErbB2 antibody for breast cancer cell line. Antihuman epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (anti-HER2) were functionalized and conjugated to the surface of chitosan NPs to achieve preferential receptor mediated targeting to breast cancer cells. To develop highly water-soluble and less toxic paclitaxel analogues, we designed and synthesized of LMPXPEG. This research was supported by Basic Science Reaseach Program through the National Research Foundation of Korea(NRF) funded the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology(2011-0012039). |
