제목 Fabrication and electrochemical performances of N-doped carbon/carbon textile composites for high performance flexible supercapacitor
초록 Low energy density of carbon materials is key issue for the development of supercapacitor electrode materials owing to their electrostatic energy storage mechanism. One of strategies for improving energy density is modification of surface functionality by introducing heteroatoms into carbon matrix. Here, we developed a nitrogen-doped carbon by carbonization of polyimide precursors at high temperature. As a nitrogen-doped carbon precursor, aminophenyl multiwall carbon nanotube grafted PI precursor was synthesized by in situ polymerization method. Flexible supercapacitor electrodes were fabricated via a coating of carbon precursor on carbon cloth surface and carbonization at high temperature directly. The fabricated supercapacitor device exhibits a high volumetric capacitance, exceptional energy density and excellent cycle stability.
