제목 Praparation of Magnetic Fluorescent Hybrid Nanoparticles with PEI-folate Conjugates for Drug Delivery
초록 Polyethylenimine(PEI) is a cationic polymer ideally suited for forming compact charge complexes. Folate conjugation, presents a potential strategy for tumor-selective targeted drug delivery. PEI-folate conjugate was utilized for the attaching fluorescent materials and drug onto magnetite particles. We briefly describe the synthesis of magnetic fluorescent hybrid nano`particles. Formation of PEI-folate conjugates were confirmed by FT-IR. We will be characterizing of the magnetite and fluorescent properties by using VSM, XRD and UV spectrometer, PL spectrometer. We will also check the size, zeta- potential, morphology of particles and releasing of drug with time. This study anticipate that efficient drug delivery and good imaging by using magnetic-fluorescent hybrid nanoparticles with PEI-folate conjugates.
