제목 Synthesis and characteristics of hydrogel microspheres of poly(vinyl alcohol) and poly(acrylic acid) interpenetrating polymer networks
초록 Hydrogel microspheres, which consisted of poly(vinyl alcohol) and poly(acrylic acid) interpenetrating polymer networks, were prepared by emulsion radical polymerization. These hydrogels microspheres has the three-dimensional networks that were capable of imbibing large quantities of water and release drugs at the controlled rates. The hydrogel microsperes exhibited a sensitive pH-responsiveness much better at the basic pH range than at the acidic pH range. FT-IR was used to confirm the composition of the hydrogel microspheres. Morphology of hydrogel microspheres were studied by using scanning electron microscopic.
