제목 | Study on TNT Waste Concentration Gradient by Continuous drum ice crystallization using wash column |
초록 | TNT waste is composed of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT), hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triaxzine (RDX), and octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine (HMX). because of the toxicity and possible carcinogenicity of TNT and RDX, these chemical substances need to be removed before TNT waste is discharged to the environment. Convenitional wastewater treatment technologies have been mainly used for incineration. In the study crystallization is used to treat the waste water. This process studied continuous drum ice crystallization that consume less energy than incineration. The ice from the crystallizaer is transferred to a washcolumn. sweating process proceed with change the amount of washwater injected in wash column, while maintaining the temperature 10℃. In conclusion, when 100ml of washwater was injected at 10°C, waste water of 44ppm was obtained from waste water of 123ppm through process. |
