Synthesize of poly(acrylic fluorosulfonyl imide) containing polyethylene as electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries |
초록 |
The new single lithium ion conducting polymer consists of polyethylene and polyacrylic fluorosulfonyl imide. 20wt% of poly (ethylene - co - acrylic acid) was replaced with chloro by SOCl2 and synthesized with FSO2NH2 (Flourosulfonyl amine). It has flexible and tensile strength because it has a part of polyethylene and predicts that the electrolyte film will be flexible and strong. It has an aliphatic structure with a viscosity of about 0.559, It was found to be flexible and robust. Solid electrolytes have great advantages in terms of safety, reliability, and design simplicity, but their low ion conductivity is a problem. Development of a solid electrolyte capable of improving ionic conductivity is needed. Single lithium substitution was achieved through LIOH. Their structures were characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR, TGA and AFM. IEC measurements were used to measure the conductivity of lithium ions. |
