제목 Ionic conductivity associated with polaronic hooping in KTiOPO4 crystals
초록 The frequency dependent ac conductivity in KTiOPO4(KTP) crystal, in the range from 10 Hz to 1 MHz, has been measured as a function of temperature between 200oC and 700oC. The behavior of σac in the low frequency range well obeys the universal power law, σacdc+Aωs. The temperature dependence of exponent s is described by the overlapping large polaron(OLP) model . It is evidently shown that ionic transport behavior in KTP may well be explained by the contribution of polaronic hopping between localized sites.
