| 제목 | High-efficiency inverted blue light-emitting polymer diodes |
| 초록 | Here we report high-efficieny inverted blue light-emitting polymer diodes (PLEDs) by introducing the various interfacial layers, for efficient electron injection into the emitting polymer layer. The interfacial layers reduce a electron barrier between the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) level of poly(9, 9-dioctylfluorenyl-2, 7-diyl) (PFO) and the work function of a cathode. We successfully demonstrate the high-efficiency inverted blue light-emitting polymer diodes. |
