Electrochemical Characteristics of carbon nano-fibers by AAO templates for lithium ion capacitor |
| 초록 |
LIC having high energy density, high power density, high capacity and high safety is provided. In this study, we prepared CNF by anodizing method on anodized alumina oxide (AAO) templates that were anodized in Phosphoric acid at 195V.Mixture of anodic porous templates and PAA was heated in nitrogen at 600℃. surface morphology of AAO templates and CNF were investigated by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Electrochemical properties were evaluated that cyclic voltammetry (CV), galvanostatic charge-discharge test and impedance by using half cell. |
