Effect of BaTiO3 size on dielectric property of BaTiO3/polyimide composite film for embedded capacitor |
초록 |
We report novel BaTiO3-polyimide based polymer nanocomposites that have the potential to surpass conventional composite to produce high capacitance density, low loss, and applicable over large surface areas, thin film capacitors. In the present composite, BaTiO3 nano particles increase overall dielectric constant, whereas the polyimide matrix provides better processability, chemical resistance and thermal stability. The effects of particle size, thickness and loading parameters on the observed electrical performance of the embedded capacitors are presented. Specifically, we are focusing on the size effect of dielectric materials on the dielectric property in BaTiO3/polyimide composite films for embedded capacitor. |
