Low temperature synthesis of Na0.33V2O5 and their Li+ ion supercapacitive behavior |

The sodium vanadium oxide exists in several forms NaV6O15, NaVO2, NaVO3 and NaV3O8. In this present work, we prepared Na0.33V2O5 nanostructure by simple co-precipitation technique at low temperature (80oC) using VOSO4.xH2O and NaOH solution. The structural and morphological properties of Na0.33V2O5 were studied using XRD, Raman spectrum and SEM analysis. The Li+ ion supercapacitive behavior of the Na0.33V2O5 electrode was investigated by means of CV, GCD technique and EIS in 1M LiClO4 electrolyte. The Na0.33V2O5 electrode showed maximum capacitance of 164 F g-1 at 1A g-1. |
