제목 Synthesis of polypyrrole-coated multi-walled carbon nanotubes /maghemite nanocomposites and their electromagnetic interference shielding properties
초록 Polypyrrole-coated multi-wall carbon nanotubes were prepared by in situ chemical polymerization for electromagnetic interference shielding materials. Ferromagnetic materials like γ-Fe2O3 magnetic particles were used to form the nanocomposite together to improve the ferromagnetic properties. The nanocomposites showed the significant increases in permittivity, permeability, and electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency. The electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency of nanocomposites increased up to 30 dB mainly base on the absorption and reflection mechanism. These nanocomposites were proposed as hybrid conductive ingredients to endow various thermoplastic matrices with the electromagnetic interference shielding structures.
