제목 Effect of Surface-Modified Titania Nanoparticles on the Cell Performance of P3HT:PCBM Organic Solar Cells
초록 Surface-modified titania nanoparticles were incorporated into the bulk heterojunction organic solar cells of P3HT:PCBM as an interlayer material to enhance the power conversion efficiency of the OPV cells. The titania nanoparticles in the nanometer level were prepared by surface treatment with (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane(MPTMS) to produce (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane-grafted titania nanoparticles. These surface-modified titania nanoparticles were dispersed in isopropyl alcohol at various concentrations and spin-coated on the top of the active layer with a thickness of ~2 nm. The performance of organic solar cells was carefully investigated by repetitive measurement and correlated with the interfacial structure of the each layer of the OPV cells.
