제목 Synthesis of folate-functionalized porous nanoparticles by emulsion RAFT polymerization
초록 Folate-conjugated polymers can combine with the folate receptor protein(FR), which is commonly on the surface of many human cancers. Poly vinyl ketones, photodegradable polymers by Norrish reactions, and its copolymers have been used as packing materials, agricultural film and functional materials. In this study, oligo ethylene glycol methacrylate with trithiocabonate was used as reactive surfactant. Emulsion RAFT polymerization was conducted with methyl vinyl ketone, styrene and the reactive surfactant to obtain polymer nanoparticles. The polymer nanoparticles were irradiated with UV light and modified with folic acid. The reactive surfactant and nanoparticles were characterized by NMR, FT-IR, TEM and so on, and cell uptake study of the folate-functionalized porous nanoparticles were evaluated.
