제목 | Fabrication and Application of Quantum Dots Embedded Silica Nanoparticles and Magnetic Microbead for Sandwich Immunoassay |
초록 | In order to prevent the spread of viruses, a sensitiveand rapid detection method is required, but the previously studied virusdetection method has low detection sensitivity and requires a complicatedpre-processing process. The multi-quantum dot embedded silica nanoparticles (QD2)fabricated in this study exhibit 500 times stronger photoluminescence thansingle quantum dots, are hydrophilic due to the silica shell on the surface,and are easy to modify the surface. These QD2 can be applied tovarious biological fields because it can detect target viruses with highsensitivity without an amplification step based on its biocompatibility andstrong fluorescence properties. We proposed a highly sensitive virus detectionmethod based on the formation of an immune complex between QD2 and magneticmicrobeads, and this method can have a very sensitive detection rangecomparable to that of polymerase chain reaction (PCR). |
