제목 Facile One-step Hydrothermal Synthesis of MoO3 Nanocrystals with Controlled Morphology
초록 Recently, molybdenum trioxide(MoO3) nanocrystals have been synthesized in many different ways. Most of the synthesis methods utilized hydrothermal reaction. Via hydrothermal reaction, MoO3 nanocrystals are quickly prepared and  high crystallinity can be easily produced. MoO3 has several crystalline structure, such as the thermodynamically stable α-MoO3 (space group Pnma), metastable β-MoO3 (P21/c), ε-MoO3 (P21/m), and hexagonal metastable h-MoO3 (P63/m). In this work, we systematically conducted a study of MoO3 nanocrystal prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and investigated the shape, size and crystalline structure of MoO3.
