Perovskite (ABX3) materials have recently been spotlighted by researchers for their optical and electrical properties. For the performance and stability of perovskite devices, morphology control and crystal engineering etc. are important. Among them, the control of defects in perovskite is directly related to the lifetime of photo-induced charge carriers in perovskite layers. To reduce defects in perovskite layer, high purity precursors are generally used, however, those have a disadvantages in cost. So recently, pre-synthesized perovskite powders fabricated from cost-effective precursors with lower purity are used as a alternatives for defect-controlled perovskite film. But, previous method for synthesizing perovskite powder adopts toxic solvents, and has a problem in elimination residual solvent. In this study, perovskite powder was synthesized using cost-effective precursors and eco-friendly solvents, and applied to device applications. |
