Preparation and applications of porous nanocarbon based gas sensor |
초록 |
Porous nanocarbon materials have a high adsorption capacity and rate, and a large specific surface area. These properties are expected as electrode materials such as gas sensor. In this studies, carbon nanofibers (CNFs) were fabricated by electrospining polyacrylonitrile solution and then thermally treated. CNFs were activated using activation agent to enlarge the adsorption sites for gas sensor. A high-performance gas sensor was also prepared by inducing thermal fluorination of multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNTs) semiconductors. Thermal fluorination of MWCNTs was carried out at various temperatures to investigate the effects of the reaction temperature. |
