Fluorene based anionic conjugated polyelectrolyte for defect passivation and compatibilizing layer in perovskite solar cell |
초록 |
The existence of defects in perovskites is inevitable as its formation energy and crystal growth is thermodynamically governed, resulted, increases the non-radiative recombination on perovskite surface and decreases the solar cell efficiency. Here we designed and synthesized a new, varying quantitative and ionic functionalized, fluorene based anionic conjugated polyelectrolytes as a hole transporting and as compatibilizer agent. That not only passivate the defects and improves the solar cell efficiency but also signifies outstanding compatibilizing characteristics with improving wettability of a perovskite layer on top of a hydrophobic hole transport layer of PTAA. |
