제목 Insights into Electrical Structures, Magnetic Polarization and Transport Mechanisms of Lithium Transition Metal Pyrophosphates Li2MP2O7 (M=Fe and Ni) Cathode Material for Li ion Batteries from Density Functional Study
초록 The recent decades, there is a thorough study would require a potential, promising activity materials into alternative electrode materials lithium-ion batteries (LIBs), specifically in hybrid electric vehicle is more and more widely used in the world. Olivine-structured, such as orthophosphates Li2MP2O7 (M=Mn,Fe,Co, and Ni) have been presented as  potential for promoting to cathode material since its initial discovery in 1977, because of their good thermal stability and high voltages versus the Li+/Li couple when charging and discharging. Of course, it is also important to note that the Iron and nickel members of Olivier structured phosphates are generally good for the environment and low cost.
