제목 Solution-based molecular layer deposition of 3-d organic networks on various substrates
초록 In this study, we demonstrate a new solution-based molecular layer deposition (MLD) method. Alternating deposition of two rigid tetra-functional, tetrahedral molecules gave nanometers-thick films of 3-dimensionally cross-linked organic molecular networks. The thickness of films could be controlled on the molecular level by varying the number of deposition cycles. The MLD process was applied to various substrates such as si wafers, polyimide films and porous alumina or cellulose membranes were tested for the MLD process. The morphology of the films was characterized using atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
