제목 Controlled deposition of covalent organic networks on various substrates
초록 We demonstrate a new solution-based molecular layer deposition (MLD) method. Alternating deposition of two rigid tetra-functional, tetrahedral molecules gave nanometer thick films of 3-dimensionally cross-linked organic molecular networks. Adjusting the number of deposition cycles controlled the film thickness precisely at the molecular level. Various types of substrates such as Si wafers, polyimide films and membrane supports were employed for the MLD process. Especially, new membrane material was developed with tetraphenylmethane derivatives. The films were observed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
