제목 Preparation of nanocomposite membranes with nanoparticles of 3D microporous organic molecular network and polysulfone matrices
초록 Microporous organic molecular networks were synthesized via new organic sol-gel method. These microporous materials are versatile because they can be produced as various forms such as nanoparticles, films, or composites with a variety of functionalities tuneable by organic units. The nanoparticles dispersions were synthesized via the organic sol-gel route was mixed with aromatic polysulfone in DMF solvent and then the mixture solutions coated onto the glass plate or other substrate surfaces. After solvent evaporation of mixture solutions, percolated microporous organic networks of nanocomposite membranes were fabricated by optimizing the phase separation behavior between the nanoparticles and polysulfone matrices. The nanocomposite membranes for selective filtration on the molecular or nanoscopic level were tested for solvent and gas permeability.
