제목 Syntheses and properties of transparent superhydrophilic organic-inorganic hybrid polymer composites with functionalized colloidal silica.
초록 Transparent superhydrophilic organic-inorganic hybrid silsesquioxanes were synthesized by a sol-gel method with the colloidal Q resin and the sulfonated T resin. The Q resin was prepared with functionallized colloidal silica (Snowtex-N: particle size is 10~12nm) and tetraethoxyorthosilicate(TEOS) in distilled water at 25 °C. The sulfonated T resin was synthesized by the sulfonation reaction of 3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilan (GPTMS). These Q and T resins were analyzed by 1H NMR and FT-IR. Obtained Q-T hybrid sislsesquioxanes were characterized by contact angle analyzer, UV-visible light transmittances, FE-SEM, AFM, XPS and TGA. On the basis of these results, we found these materials showed superhydrophilicities due to its high surface functionalities and surface areas.
