Properties of AZO / Ag / AZO transparent conducting electrodes manufactured by magnetron sputtering for application to Cu2ZnSn(S, Se)4 (CZTSSe) solar cells. |
초록 |
Flexible photovoltaic and display technology has exploded the need for the development of transparent conducting electrodes (TCEs) supported on flexible substrates. Recent advances in technology using ultra-thin noble metal films in oxide/metal/oxide structures or their derivatives have attracted attention as promising alternatives to meet the needs of flexible TCE. The ZnO/Ag/ZnO multilayer film was prepared at room temperature by magnetron sputtering for kesterite solar cell. It was shown that the optical and electrical properties of the ZnO/Ag/ZnO multilayer electrodes could be improved by the insertion of an Ag layer with optimized thickness between oxide layer, due its very low resistivity and surface plasmon effect. |
