In this study, pH dependence particles composed of poly (vinyl amine) hollow particles (core) and poly (acrylic acid-co-styrene) nanoparticles (shell) were prepared. The core/shell structure was conformed through transmission electron microscope (TEM) and confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM). In addition, swelling/deswelling behavior of the particles and loading/releasing profiles of the anionic water-soluble dye (Chromotrope 2R) were investigated against the external medium pH using optical microscope (OM) and UV-vis spectra (UV), respectively. |
