제목 Encapsulation of macro-molecules by using pH-response poly(vinylamine) (PVAm) hollow particles
초록 Poly(vinylamine) (PVAm) hydrogel particles were simply synthesized for encapsulation of FITC-dextran. At first, monodisperse poly(vinylformamide) (PNVF) particles were prepared by dispersion polymerization. Then, PVAm particles were synthesized by hydrolysis of PNVF particles on the basic conditions. The morphology and size of PVAm particles were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscope (OM). Finally, permeability of FITC-dextran into the PVAm hollow particles was investigated with various pH conditions and their release behavior was measured by confocal laser scattering microscope (CLSM) and fluorescence spectroscope.
