Growth of N-doped TiO2 thin films on polypropylene particles by low pressure plasma process |
초록 |
The N-doped TiO2 thin films, coated on substrate particles, can be applied for H2 production and also for decomposition of organic or air pollutants. The morphologies and growth rates of the TiO2 thin films were measured for various process conditions. The precursors for the N-doped TiO2 films were generated from NH3, O2 and TTIP by plasma reactions, and they deposited on the polypropylene particles to become N-doped TiO2 thin films. The N-doped TiO2 thin films grew more quickly on the polypropylene particles with increasing mass flow rate of TTIP and rotation speed of reactor. |
