제목 Surface properties and visible light activity of tungsten-doped NiTiO3 materials
초록 Nickel titanate (NiTiO3) is a potential semiconductor photocatalytic material which can be irradiated by visible light irradiation. An excellent photocatalyst with high efficiency is expected to have the following characteristics: a broad absorption spectrum; high efficient utilization of photon energy; well performance at separation of excited electrons and holes. However pure Nickel titanate has week points like poor quantum efficiency and fast recombination rate, which lower the catalytic efficiency. To overcome these problems, metal modified might be a potential pattern. Herein we prepared W-doped NiTiO3 materials via modified Pechini method followed by a solvothermal treatment and calcination. The characterization was carried out by XRD, Raman, FT-IR, SEM and N2 adsorption/desorption technique. The photophysical properties were investigated by UV–vis and PL. The modified sample is expected to increase its quantum efficiency as well as gets higher photocatalysis ability.
