| 초록 | In solid-phase peptide synthesis, various kind of linkers have been used for efficient synthesize of peptide. Most of the linkers release the final target peptides by acid or base treatment. In some cases, linkers that have unique rearrangement properties are required for special purposes. In this paper, synthesis of a new photo-reactive linker and its application to the solid-phase peptide synthesis will be presented. |
