External power-free super-flexible all-perovskite X-ray detector with high sensitivity and fast response is demonstrated by combining CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals (PNCs) X-ray scintillator and CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite photodetector. Due to synergistic effect of PNCs scintillator (photoluminescence life-time = 2.81 ns) and perovskite photodetector (response time = ~0.3 μs and specific detectivity = ~ 2.4×1012 Jones), the external power-free super-flexible all-perovskite X-ray detector exhibits high sensitivity of 600-1270 μCmGyair-1cm-3 under X-ray irradiation (tube current = 1 mA and tube voltage = 30-120 keV) and quick response time. The all-perovskite X-ray detector maintains its performance under severe bending condition and even after 1000 cycles’ repeated bending test. |
