| 제목 | Photo-,thermal- and pH-responsive hydrogels composed of PEI-CA and HEA-AC-EHA mixture |
| 초록 | Photo-, thermal- and pH-responsive hydrogels were prepared by photo-corss-linking polyetherimide-cinnamic acid (PEI-CA) and copolymerof hydroxylethylacrylate – acrylic coumarin – ethyl hexyl acrylate (p(HEA-AC-EHA)). Firstly, p(HEA-AC-EHA)s which are themal-sensitive were prepared by a free radical reaction at different the molar ratio of HEA/CA/EHA which was 98/0/2, 97.5/0.5/2, 97/1/2/, 96/2/2, and 95/3/2. Secondly, PEI-CA which is pH-sensitive was prepared by amidation between PEI and CA. The microgels were formed by photo-cross-linking with molar ratio of p(HEA-AC-EHA) and PEI/CA at 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 that were potential to photo-, thermal- and pH-responsive release of drugs. |
