Synthesis and Characterization of Photovoltaic Polymers Containing both Tetrathiafulvalene and Fullerene |
초록 |
A photovoltaic polymer containing both tetrathiafulvalene and fullerene was successfully synthesized via coupling reactions. The synthesized molecule was abbreviated as T6F12, where 6 and 12 mean the numbers of sulfur in mesogen and carbons in alkyl chains, respectively, and T and F represent tetrathiafulvalene and fullerene, respectively. Electron-rich tetrathiafulvalene (T) can work as an electron donor (D) and fullerene (F, C60) can act as an electron acceptor (A) so that the chemical architecture of T6F12 is a D-A dyads system. The chemical structure of T6F12 was confirmed by utilizing FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR, and its thermal behavior was monitored by DSC. |
