Poly(Thiophene-co-Thiophene acetate salt) (PTTA) nanoparticles were prepared by Fe3+-catalyzed oxidative polymerization in aqueous medium. Dispersion stability of PTTA nanoparticles was induced by thiophene acetate salt (TA-salt) as a co-monomer and stabilzer. In this study, mechanism of PTTA nanoparticles were conformed by TGA and E.A. size and morphology of PTTA nanoparticles were confirmed by SEM and TEM analysis. Optical properties of PTTA nanoparticles were analyzed by photoluminescence spectroscopy and digital pictures. Also, dispersity of PTTA nano particle in various organic solvent was studied for polarity estimation of PTTA nanoparticle. PTTA film and E-beam lithograpy which were prepared by bar coating and spin coating with PTTA latex, were showed electrical properties by conductivity meter. |
