Thermally Rearranged (TR) Polybenzoxazole Membranes Tuned for High Temperature H2/CO2 Separation |
초록 |
We designed thermally rearranged polybenzoxazoles (TR-PBOs) by cyclodehydration of poly(o-hydroxylamide)s (PHAs) with cavity size less than 3.5 so that they can separate small molecules. TR-polymers can be promising materials due to selectivity improvement at high temperature by decrease in CO2 solubility compared to that of H2. In this study, we prepared TR-PBO membranes, analyzed physical properties and measured permeation properties of H2 and CO2 at the various temperature conditions. |
