제목 Magnetic porous hydrogel for differentiation stem cell
초록 Stem cells are biological cells found in all multicellular organisms that can differentiate into diverse specialized cell types and can self-renew to produce more stem cells. Thus, stem cells are studied for a long time to heal incurable diseases such as heart disease by using its unique properties. In this study, iron oxide nanoparticle introduced porous hydrogel was made, called porous ferrogel. Porous hydrogel was synthesized by cryogel method under moderate freezing condition, which enable entrap the stem cell. Iron oxide nanoparticles were also used to provide magnetic properties to porous hydrogel. Acrylamide and N,N'-methylenediacrylamide porous ferrogel was successfully synthesized and we confirmed that it shrinks and expands under magnetic forces. By using this porous magnetic hydrogel, we will differentiate stem cells into cardiac cells by mimicking the pulsation of the heart.
