제목 Solvent Energy Density Prediction of Ultrasonic Wave Induced Solvent Extraction Process
초록 As the energy of ultrasonic waves are irradiated, the shrink and swelling will alternately occur and the wave motion will be transmitted in solution. If the ultrasonic energy is added to solution phase, too many cavities will be created in solution. When the cavities are broken, it will be radiated a powerful energy. Therefore, in this research, the heating effect of ultrasonic energy and wave effects were simulated for solvent extraction process by FEM. For analyzing the effect of ultrasonic energy, three kinds of solvent, ultrasonic power and irradiation time were selected as process variable. On the basis of this data, we can predict the extraction mode and effect for the ultrasonic irradiation process.
