제목 Fabrication of Hydrogel Microparticle Compartmentalized by Separate Nanofiber Regions for Bio Applications
초록 Hydrogel microparticle has got attention due to its various possible applications. Especially, microparticle with multi-compartment was pursued for advanced application including bio assay, drug delivery and cell encapsulation. Here, we show new way to fabricate hydrogel microparticle with well defined, independent architecture by combining electrospinning and hydrogel patterning. Brief UV exposure of PEG dropped on stacked electrospun nanofiber matrices result patterned nanofiber-hydrogel complex which become multi-layerd microparticle after dissolving bare fiber region. Proof of concept experiment was done including Sequential protein release and protein binding assay. Independent release profile of two growth factors, bFGF and BMP-2 was obtained using nanofibers with different degradation time. Anti-IgG and anti-IgM were bound to IgG and IgM attached on nanofiber inside hydrogel with porogen.
