Propylene is an important raw material for petrochemicals, and be increasingly worth. Being prepared catalysts required in the PDH process, the conversion, selectivity and the yield was confirmed through experiments. Pt-Sn catalyst supported on θ-alumina was prepared. And then propane dehydrogenation experiment by using Pt-Sn/θ-alumina was performed and tested at 620℃ with hydrogen gas. Also the loss of active surface area produced by sintering is an important cause of catalyst deactivation during industrial operation and this is very important in the case of metal catalysts. After regeneration and redispersion with the O2 and different amounts of each HCl gas, its catalytic activity was compared to fresh catalyst. Deactivation behavior, coke structure and coke location in propane dehydrogenation were investigated by XRD, BET, CO-chemisorption, ICP-AES and reaction test. |
