제목 Colorimetric Sensor based on Polydiacetylene (PCDA)-Silica prepared from Rice Husk for gas detection
초록  In this study, we developed colorimetric Gas sensor as a marker of leak of gas based on polydiacetylene (PCDA) liposomes-Silica produced from rice husk ash composite. Mesoporous silica was prepared from rice husk ash as a raw material by sol-gel method without adding an extra surfactant. Using silica prepared from rice husk ash is economic way in long term of re-using rice husk waste. Diacetylene lipid monomers were known as self-assemble vesicles and polymerization by UV irradiation, resulting in the formation of blue-colored PDA liposome with maximal absorption at 640 nm. Color of PDA liposomes change from blue to red in response to a variety of environmental perturbations, such as temperature, pH as well as ligand-receptor interactions. Therefore, we can detect leak of gas through unique blue-to-red color transition of PCDA-Silica gas sensor.
