In this study, the graphite oxide(GO) nanocomposites based biosensors are fabricated using the screen-printing method. The GO was prepared by modified Hummers method. The Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) were introduced by physical adsorption, radiation-induced reduction, and electrochemical reduction onto the GO nanocomposite's surface in order to enhance the electrochemical property. The modified GO nanocomposites with AuNPs were fabricated electrodes by screen printing method. The fabricated biosensors with GO nanocomposites were evaluated electrochemical properties using the cyclic voltammetry (CV) and the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). According to the CV and EIS analysis, the GO electrode which is prepared by electrochemical reduction method exhibits the good electrochemical property. |
