제목 Self-Controlled Growth of Conducting Polymers for the Nanopatterning
초록 We report a new method to control both the nucleation and growth of polypyrrole (Ppy) for the formation of patterns from micrometer to nanometer scales using regioselectively immobilized oxidant as a nucleation site for Ppy and microphase separated domains as templates. Polystyrene (PS) and poly(ethyleneoxide) (PEO) blending and block poly(styrene-b-ethyleneoxide) were used as respectively for micrometer and nanometer scale templates. The height of Ppy can be selectively grown only on PEO domains from 5 nm to 1 μm.
