제목 Self-Controlled Growth of Gold-Silica for the Formation of Periodic 3D Nanostructures.
초록 This work presents the preparation of thin films of gold-silica nanocomposites with periodic 3D nanostructures using one step growth. Both gold and silica are simultaneously and regioselectively nucleated on microphase separated block copolymer films from the same solution containing precursors of both gold and silica. After the regioselective nucleations, both gold and silica are grown to the vertical direction for the formation of periodic 3D nanostructures. The growth rates of both gold and silica are self-controlled by simply changing the reaction environments such as temperature, pH, ions, etc.
