제목 One-pot novel synthesis of silicon nanoparticle and OCR application.
초록 In the contrast from the traditional synthesis method, the R-Si nanoparticle was simply synthesized by reaction with sodium metal and organochlorosilane in toluene at reflux condition. After the reaction, the toluene layer was filtered and evaporation to collect the R-Si nanoparticles. The particles was analyzed using TEM, UV-Vis, PL. Also the optical clear resin (OCR) which applied the R-Si nanoparticle has good optical transmittance and low H2O/O2 transmittance. In this presentation, we will discuss the synthesis of nanoparticle starting from various organochlorosilane and application of OCR industry.
