제목 Fabrication and optical properties of Er3+-doped polymer films for planar optical waveguide amplifier
초록 In this study, we fabricated the crosslinked, patterned and erbium(Er3+)-doped polymer films using lift-off lithography after a simple coating onto glass substrates at room temperature. Er3+-doped aqueous solutions were prepared using erbium (III) trifluoromethane sulfonate as erbium source, poly vinylpyrrolidone(PVP), potasium persulfate(KPS) and ethylene glycol as antifoaming agent with various weight ratio. Optical, thermal and dispersion properties of Er3+-doped polymer films were investigated.
