| 초록 | Motivation and challenges of smart sensor are discussed in terms of the prospective capacity, strategy and technology roadmap of the CISS as a National Global Frontier Project. Design and evaluation criteria adopted for each sensor as the figure of merit include energy, cost, error probability, speed, etc. IT platform approach is described to support the design of various sensors in critical markets. |
