제목 Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopic (SERS) Encoded Magnetic Beads to Apply Flow Cytometry for Multiplex Protein Analysis
초록 Micrometer-sized beads labeled with spectroscopic encodings are considered to be very important in analytical chemistry. Among several encoding methods, surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) encoding is useful in biological applications. We report the preparation of SERS encoded magnetic beads (called M-SERS beads), which utilizes SERS for the identification of ligands and magnetic property for easy separation and gentle handling. The M-SERS beads (7 um) were successfully applied to fluorescent-activated cell sorter separation for biotin-streptavidin interaction.
