Metal-enhanced fluorescence through PCL/Ag/SiO2 nanofibers for immunoassays |
초록 |
Metal-enhanced fluorescence (MEF) is a phenomenon that used biosensor fields because of the interaction of fluorophores with metal surface plasmin, resulting in an increased fluorescence emission. In order to intensify the signal a substrate with larger surface area is needed. Thus to achieve that, the use of PCL/Ag/SiO2 nanofiber which is formed through electrospinning and stober method has been adopted. Due to MEF effect and increased surface area, our system consequently yields a higher fluorescence signal and potentially provides a new immunoassay platform for specific target molecules. |
